Booking Agreement

Booking Agreement and Studio Rules

 

This Booking Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Vegas Podcast Studios, LLC ("Studio") and the Client ("Client") for the use of studio recording services as described herein.

  1. Booking and Payment
    1.1 Booking: All sessions are charged per hour.

    • Audio Podcast Rates:

      • Unedited Audio: Starting at $95 per hour

      • Edited Audio (includes Essentials Audio Editing Package): Starting at $140 per hour

        • Deluxe Audio Editing Package Upgrade: Additional $75

    • Video Podcast Rates:

      • Unedited Video: Starting at $125 per hour

      • Edited Video (includes Essentials Video Editing Package): Starting at $200 per hour

        • Deluxe Video Editing Package Upgrade: Additional $50

    Full payment is required upfront to secure the session. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book a session.

 

1.2 Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, as well as no-shows, will forfeit all payments and are not eligible for a refund.

1.3 Payment Policy:
Full payment is required before the delivery of any audio or video files. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in the permanent deletion of all session files.

  1. Studio Rules
    2.1 Session Timing:
    Each session includes 10 minutes of setup time, which does not count against purchased recording time. Recording time includes an additional 120 seconds beyond the purchased hour(s). Recording will cease exactly at the end of the purchased session time plus 2 minutes.

 

2.2 Session Splitting:

  • Clients may book a 1-hour session and opt to record it as two (2) separate 30-minute segments within that hour.

  • This Split Recording service is available for an additional $35 fee.

  • A 30-minute session is the minimum session length.

  • All recordings must be completed on the same day and cannot be "saved" for later or recorded at a different time.

  • Clients must specify in advance if they want to split their session.

 

2.3 Beverage Policy:
All beverages near equipment must have a solid lid at all times to prevent spills and damage. Food is not permitted in the studio to avoid any risk of damage to our equipment.

 

2.4 Damage Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment caused by negligence.

  1. Editing Services and Turnaround Times
    3.1 Editing Packages:

    • Essentials Editing Package is included with all edited sessions (audio or video, as booked).

    • Clients may upgrade to the Deluxe Editing Package for the applicable additional fee ($75 for audio, $50 for video).

 

3.2 Turnaround Times:

  • Standard Editing Turnaround: 3-5 business days.

  • Rush Delivery Option: Delivery in approximately 2-3 business days for an additional fee.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Studio reserves the right to extend delivery times as needed.

  • The Studio has up to 10 business days to return any edited material after the recording date.

  • Delivery time starts 24 hours after the appointment date and time.

 

3.3 Client Input and Revisions:
Clients will receive a form allowing minimal edit suggestions for their files, as previously discussed and agreed upon. One (1) complimentary revision is included if the Client is not completely satisfied with the final product. Any additional revisions will be charged at $100 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.

  1. Liability Waiver
    4.1 Liability:
    The Client agrees to hold Vegas Podcast Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the studio facilities or services.

  1. Client Responsibilities
    5.1 Preparation:
    Clients are responsible for arriving prepared, including having scripts, notes, or any necessary materials ready.

 

5.2 Behavior:
Clients must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on studio premises. The Studio reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client or their guests engage in inappropriate behavior.

  1. Equipment and Technical Support
    6.1 Equipment Use:
    Clients must use studio equipment as directed by Studio staff. Any unauthorized use of equipment is prohibited.

 

6.2 Technical Issues:
In the event of technical issues caused by the Studio, the Studio will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. Any downtime caused by Studio equipment issues will not count against the booked time.

  1. Confidentiality
    7.1 Confidential Information:
    The Client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by the Studio, including but not limited to business operations, audio files, and technical processes.

  1. File Retention
    8.1 File Storage:
    Audio and video files will be held for 30 days only. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted.

  1. Miscellaneous
    9.1 Effective Date:
    This Agreement is effective as of August 31, 2024.

 

9.2 Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

 

9.3 Use of Material:
All material recorded, both audio and video, may be used by Vegas Podcast Studios for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation to the Client.

  1. Modifications
    Vegas Podcast Studios reserves the right to modify this Booking Agreement and Studio Rules at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the responsibility of the Client to review these documents periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the studio services after any changes signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

 

By booking a session with Vegas Podcast Studios either through this website or verbally in person, the Client (you) agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
